Mike Millas is Chief Financial Officer at BrightAI, where he leads the company’s financial strategy, corporate development, and investor relations. With significant experience across finance, investment, capital markets, and operations, Mike brings a deep understanding of scaling high-growth companies and building sustainable business models across the technology and physical asset ecosystem.

Before joining BrightAI, he served as Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development at Kasa, where he was part of the founding team and guided the company through multiple funding rounds and a nationwide expansion. Prior to Kasa, he held principal investment roles at Citadel Global Equities and Apollo Global Management, and began his career as an investment banker at Barclays and UBS.
